If We Were Anybody, by fourteencandles (R)

Length: Medium (~9,000 words)

Website: Fic Tag
Summary: Vince and Eric's relationship has rules, and they have served them well. But what happens when they stop playing by the rules?
Review:
This is a very touching look at Vince and Eric's relationship, with great character insights and atmosphere. I loved how they juggled their 'jobs' (premieres, paparazzi, maintaining a public image) and their giant schmoopy love for each other. The chemistry between the two is palpable, and I loved all the backstory that the author put in. The ending is incredibly sad, but in it's own way, it seems inevitable considering their history and the way they live their lives. This is the first of a series, and I look forward to reading the rest of them.
