Review:
Xander and Giles are perfectly content with their relationship and their lives when Spike shows up on their doorstep. A newly human Spike.
I LOVE this story. It’s one of the only threesomes that I think works out better than the original pairing. The entire story is so well thought out and it’s especially nice that just because Spike is suddenly human, he hasn’t changed his personality any.
This also includes a sequel which I haven’t recced. Pervasion is still a good story, but doesn’t deal with the Spike/Xander/Giles relationship as much as it deals with Giles punishing Spike for his indiscretions and then both boys having to deal with the aftermath. It’s still a good story, but if you’re going for the happier ending, stop after Saturation.
